DELIVERIES & SHIPPING

If the items you order are in stock we will put them in the post within 2 working days. Most orders are shipped by Royal Mail. In most cases these are delivered the following day. We aim to despatch all orders within 7 working days of order.

If your items are not in stock we will let you know when we expect to despatch them.

Shipping to addresses in the UK is £3.99 regardless of the size of your order. UK shipping is usually via Royal Mail, although depending on the size or weight of the items ordered other courier services may be used.

A signature is sometimes required for SimplyK9 parcels, so please bear this in mind when deciding where you want your parcel sent.

We do ship orders Internationally but ONLY TO ADDRESSES IN EUROPE. When you add your items to the shopping cart you must select the correct shipping area to display the relevant shipping charge.Please note: we do not ship larger items outside the UK - this will be shown on the product page. The shipping areas are:
