Simplyk9
is completely dedicated to your total satisfaction. We only
offer the best to you and your pets along with a personal
and efficient service. Your opinions are important to us so
if you have any suggestions or comments to make, please contact
us. Rest assured that your correspondance to us will be
appreciated and will remain strictly confidential.
Making
A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our online
shop, click on Add to Cart or buy it now link
to add any items that you wish to buy to your shopping cart.
To amend, review or remove items in/from your cart click on
any view cart / check out link to view your
basket - you can always come back and shop some more before
paying. After you have finished your selections, click on
"Go to Payments" in your cart, where you will be
asked for details that we need to complete you order. You
can safely use your Credit Card/Switch Cards online via our
SECURE server OR you can fill in our Order Form print off
and post the ORDER FORM with a cheque or your Card details.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Switch and Solo. Note:
the pages that collect your personal details and payment details
are on secure servers.
Shipping
In most cases orders are shipped the next working day. Where
this is not possuble we aim to ship all orders within 7 working
days unless otherwise stated in the product information. For

Upon
Receipt of Your Goods
When your order arrives YOU
MUST check that you have received the items you ordered.
If there is any discrepancy between your order and the items
delivered YOU MUST inform us via our Contact
Form within 7days of receipt.
Returns
All products supplied by SimplyK9 have been carefully selected
and manufactured to a high standard. In the unlikely event
of receiving faulty goods, you can return them to us. We will
check them and if they prove to be faulty we will refund
your return postage costs and send you a replacement.
If the item is not faulty we will return it to you without
refunding your postage costs. We may also charge you the cost
of shipping the non-faulty item to you, at our own discretion.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
If upon
receipt of your goods you decide you do not want them you
can return them to us within 7 days of your receipt of your
order. In these circumstances, returned goods must be unused,
in the original packaging, in a clean and resaleable condition.
You must return goods to us by either Recorded or Special
Delivery. Upon receipt we will refund the product price paid
(we do not refund shipping costs).
All returns
must, in the first instance, be notified to us within 7 days
using our Contact Form.
